Application Process

 

Thank you for taking interest in Titan Defense Industries! Once your application has been submitted, a qualified MEPS member will examine your information. The proccess in total can take up to 48 hours if you are of age. If under age, your application and yourself will be flagged for a more extensive review, which can take approximately 1 week. During this time for all age groups, you are expected to be in TeamSpeak when available and to participate in unit events. We require this so we can see how you are as a player. If for some reason you become a no-show for 14 consecutive days after submission, your application will be deleted and your enlistment will be considered terminated. Titan Defense Industries’ vetting and training programs are considered some of the most rigorous in the industry. When applying for operational positions, all personnel undergo a complex selection

process including a background check, drug screening and experience verification.

 

We require strong performance, leadership skills, maturity, teamwork and a persistent focus on safety and customer service. All personnel must complete pre-deployment and on-site training, helping to ensure that our clients are receiving best-in-class protection at all times

 

 

Qualifications

 

• Must be 17-years-old or older

• Experience with TeamSpeak and ARMA III

• Willing to deploy to high-threat locations

• Tactical epxerience within the last three months (security positions only)

• Current proficiency in the Glock 17 and M4 weapon systems (security positions only)

• Successful background investigation

• Must not be active in another organization/company

• Own a microphone/headset (no built-in microphones due to possibility of background noise/echo)

• Current security clearence or ability to obtain one

• Ability to complete training and deploy immediately afterward

• Must attend at least 2 of the 8 operations occuring on Fridays and Saturdays of each week (within a month)
