Titan Defense Industries’ vetting and training programs are considered some of the most rigorous in the industry. When applying for operational positions, all personnel undergo a complex selection process including a background check, drug screening and experience verification.
We require strong performance, leadership skills, maturity, teamwork and a persistent focus on safety and customer service. All personnel must complete pre-deployment and on-site training, helping to ensure that our clients are receiving best-in-class protection at all times
Qualifications
-
Must be 17-years-old or older
-
Experience with TeamSpeak and ARMA III
-
Willing to deploy to high-threat locations
-
Tactical epxerience within the last three months (security positions only)
-
Current proficiency in the Glock 17 and M4 weapon systems (security positions only)
-
Successful background investigation
-
Must not be active in another organization/company
-
Own a microphone/headset (no built-in microphones due to possibility of background noise/echo)
-
Current security clearence or ability to obtain one
-
Ability to complete training and deploy immediately afterward
-
Must attend at least 2 of the 8 operations occuring on Fridays and Saturdays of each week (within a month)
